About the role

Customer Service Department at Jio Platforms is responsible for maintaining and improving service center operations across the region. The Area Service Incharge leads a team of service and care center personnel, ensures customer satisfaction, manages costs, and provides training to meet service deliverables. Based in Aligarh, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Establish and maintain service centers
• Liaise with store managers and sales teams for service operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction and avoid escalations
• Motivate and manage service center personnel
• Control incoming on-site support calls
• Manage costs and expenses within guidelines
• Provide training and skill development for team members
• Coordinate walk‑in and call‑in customer support

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 years in After Sales Service
• Experience in area/zone device repair operations
• Geography knowledge of service region
• Team management and delegation skills
• Market and domain knowledge of telecom devices
• Diversity and relationship management experience
