Sales Director - Powder Coatings

About the role

Jotun India seeks a Sales Director to lead the Powder Coatings Segment, driving sustainable growth and market share expansion across India. Based at the Mumbai Head Office, this role involves leading sales teams, developing commercial strategies, and overseeing cross-functional alignment with Marketing, TSS, and CSD. The position reports to the Managing Director and focuses on delivering strategic objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop the Sales team through coaching, performance management, and capability building
• Drive business strategy and growth by contributing to the Local Management Team
• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor business performance and ensure execution excellence through regular reviews
• Establish best-in-class processes and governance across retail and project teams
• Provide leadership across commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, TSS, and CSD
