About the role
Ezrecruiting seeks a ServiceNow Developer to enhance and maintain the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and ITOM modules, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The developer will collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and application teams to optimize processes, automate tasks, and support platform upgrades. Responsibilities include platform configuration, CMDB management, MID server administration, integration development, and training of support staff. Candidates should have strong ServiceNow experience, ITIL knowledge, and proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and Agile practices. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Gurugram, India.
What you’ll do
- Customize, configure, develop ServiceNow platform
- Design and support ITSM workflows and business rules
- Maintain CMDB data accuracy and governance
- Administer and optimize Discovery and MID Servers
- Deploy and support Service Mapping patterns
- Implement integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
- Manage update sets, upgrades, and production deployments
- Recommend process improvements for service quality
- Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency
- Train operations teams on ServiceNow usage
What you’ll bring
