Designs, develops, and implements solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, collaborates with analysts and architects, and ensures platform stability and compliance. What you’ll do
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules
- Customize applications, workflows, UI policies, client scripts
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, stakeholders to gather requirements
- Configure integrations via REST, SOAP, MID Server
- Maintain platform performance, upgrades, and patch management
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
