About the role
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 6–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, ITSM processes, and integrations. Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform Configure and implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) Develop using ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies) Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards Build and support ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Work on Service Portal development and UI customization Implement and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer Perform data imports, transformations, and migrations Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements Maintain proper documentation and coding standards Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in: ServiceNow platform development ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) Expertise in: JavaScript and Glide scripting Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes Experience with: REST/SOAP integrations and APIs Service Portal / UI Builder Knowledge of: CMDB and Asset Management Access control (ACLs), roles, and security
