About the role
YASH Technologies ServiceNow Competency team drives digital transformation by delivering custom ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The Consultant will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including client scripts, business rules, catalog items, and integrations, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet client objectives. Based in Hyderabad or Pune, India, this role follows an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
- Write client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs
- Create and manage Service Catalog items and workflow processes
- Design and implement notification engines and custom notification tags
- Develop web service integrations and data import/export solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment
- Perform bulk data updates using data management tools
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years ServiceNow experience
- 2+ years ITSM custom development
- 3+ years ITOM/ITAM implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and orchestration
- Proficient in client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of web services and data import sets
