About the role

Micron Technology Layout Design Team builds high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal memory blocks. The Senior Layout Designer creates and verifies complex layouts using Cadence VXL, oversees floor‑planning, placement and routing, and collaborates with design and CAD groups to ensure quality and schedule. Hyderabad, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

• Create and verify high‑quality analog/mixed‑signal layouts
• Manage floor‑planning, placement, and routing of mid‑size blocks
• Collaborate with design, CAD, and verification teams
• Perform secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO, DFM
• Ensure compliance with design rules and deliverables

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years layout design experience
• Proficient with Cadence VXL
• Strong debug skills for LVS/DRC
• Experience with analog blocks (PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, etc.)
• Floor‑planning and routing expertise
• Understanding of analog layout fundamentals
• Automation and AI tool proficiency
