About the role

Intel Foundry Technology Manufacturing – the team designs and manufactures advanced semiconductor processes for the AI era. The Senior Analog Layout Design Engineer creates complex analog circuit layouts, performs verification, and collaborates with circuit, process, and package teams to meet performance and reliability targets. Bangalore, India, on-site presence required.

What you’ll do

• Develop detailed analog layout and floorplan
• Run design rule and reliability verification
• Optimize area, power, and performance of analog blocks
• Collaborate with circuit and process teams on trade‑offs
• Drive new layout methodologies to improve productivity
• Troubleshoot layout and tool flow issues
• Validate power grid, ESD, and bump designs
• Document layout decisions and verification results

What you’ll bring

• BE/B.Tech/M-Tech in Electronics, VLSI Design
• 6+ years analog layout experience
• Expertise with Virtuoso XL
• Experience with charge pump, LDO, ADC layouts
• Strong VLSI and circuit design knowledge
• Knowledge of RV, high voltage flows, noise fixes
• Ability to run DRC, density, antenna checks
• Scripting skills a plus
