About the role
IT Infrastructure Services team at Tata Consultancy Services delivers enterprise HR solutions. The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant/Developer implements, configures, and supports core HCM modules, creates functional designs, and drives data conversions and integrations. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure compliant, scalable HR systems.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support HCM implementations and enhancements
- Configure core HCM modules per business requirements
- Prepare functional design documents and test scenarios
- Support data conversion, integrations, and report development
- Provide production support, issue analysis, and root‑cause resolution
- Coordinate testing cycles and deployment activities
- Facilitate end‑user training and knowledge transfer
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
- Hands‑on with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Talent Management
- Experience with HCM Security roles and Fast Formulas
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting
- Basic SQL proficiency
- Experience in application support and configuration
Nice to have
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Proficiency in at least one HCM module
- Understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes
- Familiarity with integration tools (HDL, REST/SOAP)
