Oracle EBS and Fusion Functional

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM consultant to spearhead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM modules in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring over seven years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM, leading full‑cycle implementation projects, customizing Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self‑Service modules. They will possess strong PL/SQL, BI/OTBI, and data‑load skills (FBDI, ADFDI, HDL) and be adept at troubleshooting, system maintenance, and patching. The role also requires delivering training, creating user guides, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field and relevant Oracle certifications are highly desirable. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the opportunity to work on complex HCM implementations and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM modules
• Configure and customize modules to meet client requirements
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts and BI dashboards
• Manage data loads and ensure data integrity
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches
• Deliver training and create user documentation

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years Oracle EBS & Fusion HCM implementation experience
• Proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle Fusion BI/OTBI skills
• Expertise in data loads: FBDI, ADFDI, HDL
• Experience in system support, upgrades, and patches
• Ability to conduct training and create user guides

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Project management skills for multi-project coordination
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS solutions
