About the role

The role implements and supports Fusion HCM SaaS projects across modules such as Global Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll Interface and Analytics, configuring fast formulas and providing client consulting. Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, on‑site with relocation considered.
What you’ll do
- Implement end‑to‑end Fusion HCM solutions
- Configure and support multiple Fusion HCM modules
- Develop and maintain fast formulas and analytics reports
- Integrate payroll systems with Fusion HCM
- Provide functional consulting and client support
- Ensure system stability and performance
What you’ll bring
- Expertise in Fusion HCM SaaS model
- Functional knowledge of Fusion HCM releases 7 and 8
- Implement Fusion HCM projects
