• Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients with need‑based solutions
• Acquire and onboard HNI customers to the Privilege Program
• Cross‑sell banking and wealth products to deepen relationships
• Ensure compliance with branch SOPs and sales controls
• Act as primary interface between the bank and key customers
