About the role
Applied R&D (IVT) team at Nokia drives integration, verification and testing of hardware and software systems to enhance product performance. The Senior Technical Specialist designs, develops, tests and releases integrated HW/SW solutions, mentors junior staff and leads small project teams. Based in India, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop and test integrated HW/SW components
- Lead small project teams and mentor Tier 2/3 support staff
- Manage subcontractor and partnership relationships
- Create and maintain hardware/software documentation and change control
- Resolve customer trouble tickets and provide technical support
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with integration, verification & testing of hardware/software systems
- Proficiency in developing build‑controlled releases
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions
