What you’ll do
- Lead regional finance transformation and shared services initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, governance, risks and budgets
- Prepare executive-ready status updates and steering committee presentations
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across functions
- Implement automation and technology initiatives with IT collaboration
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years project management experience in finance transformation or shared services
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
- Understanding of finance processes P2P, O2C, R2R
- Experience with process optimization and automation
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and executive presentations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
