About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead planning and execution of finance projects
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project budgets
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and finance staff
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, CMA, or CA certification preferred
- Project management or process improvement certifications advantageous
Nice to have
- 15+ years finance operations or transformation experience
- Experience managing global finance process transitions
