About the role

Kyndryl Solutions team drives AI‑powered modernization for enterprise data platforms. As an AWS Database Migration Engineer you will lead end‑to‑end DB2‑to‑AWS RDS migrations, design schemas, configure secure RDS environments, and collaborate with application teams to ensure seamless transitions. Bangalore and multiple Indian locations, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Lead DB2‑to‑AWS RDS migration planning and execution
  • Perform schema conversion, data migration, and performance tuning
  • Configure and manage secure, high‑availability RDS environments
  • Develop migration runbooks, rollback plans, and documentation
  • Support UAT, production deployments, and post‑migration issue resolution
