About the role

GL Common team at Bajaj Finance focuses on building robust financial ledger solutions. The Senior Lead drives deep user research using behavioral science to generate actionable insights for product and design, partnering with cross‑functional teams to improve conversion, engagement and trust. Based in Pune corporate office, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Conduct moderated and unmoderated user interviews using psychological models
• Design, deploy and analyze surveys and experiments grounded in validated theories
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into personas, journey maps and behavioral frameworks
• Test UI/UX prototypes with usability studies leveraging tools like Figma and Maze
• Partner with design, product and business teams to translate insights into bias‑aware recommendations

What you’ll bring

• Master’s degree in behavioral design, Interaction Design, Human Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field
• 5+ years of qualitative and quantitative user research in consumer tech or fintech

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Maze
• Experience applying psychological frameworks such as Prospect Theory, Cognitive Dissonance, System 1 & 2
