What you’ll do

• Lead packaging design and validation for new products
• Define packaging strategies aligned with business initiatives
• Perform advanced testing, analysis, and root‑cause investigations
• Develop and approve packaging standards, specifications, and best practices
• Lead supplier engagement for packaging materials and tooling
• Drive cost‑reduction, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and technically guide Packaging Engineers

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering
• 6–10 years of packaging engineering experience
• Proficiency in CAD, PLM, and engineering documentation
• Experience leading packaging projects end‑to‑end
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration
• Knowledge of global packaging standards
• Understanding of packaging and transportation test procedures
• Experience with global suppliers and contract manufacturers
