About the role

Financial Reporting and Controls team at Premier Research builds and maintains finance system solutions to support biotech and medtech clients. The specialist manages FreshWorks tickets, supports Workday and OneStream administration, designs data flows and reports, and partners with finance and IT stakeholders to improve processes. Remote work covering United States, India, and Bulgaria.

What you’ll do

• Manage FreshWorks support tickets and ensure 48‑hour SLA resolution
• Support Workday and OneStream administration and configuration
• Analyze and maintain end‑to‑end data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems
• Develop report specifications and resolve data integration issues
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design system solutions
• Support month‑end close activities and validate financial data
• Contribute to governance, documentation, and process standardization

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or IT
• 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance
• Workday financials administration and configuration
• Create and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of integrated program management systems
• Highly detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Hands‑on experience with Workday
