About the role
Financial Reporting and Controls team at Premier Research builds and maintains finance system solutions that support biotech and pharma clients. The specialist manages FreshWorks tickets, supports Workday and OneStream administration, and ensures data integrity across finance, HR, and IT systems. Remote work model, locations: Bulgaria and India.
What you’ll do
- Manage FreshWorks support tickets and coordinate resolutions within SLA
- Support Workday and OneStream configuration and enhancements
- Analyze and maintain data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or IT
Nice to have
- 1-2 years accounting/finance experience
- Workday financials administration
- Microsoft Excel reporting
- Integrated program management systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Hands‑on Workday experience
