About the role
Senior Manager - Product Line Pricing at Hapag‑Lloyd will own and drive the product roadmap and delivery for key technology initiatives. Lead a team of Product Managers and Requirement Engineers to develop the Hapag‑Lloyd pricing Eco‑System. Requires 10–15 years of experience in product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and agile delivery in a global environment.
What you’ll do
- Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and own product roadmap and vision
- Drive prioritization through heartbeat planning
- Ensure continuous alignment with business stakeholders
- Develop products with Product Managers and Business Product Owners
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Manage and mentor product managers and requirement engineers
- Handle resource planning and performance tracking
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience in requirements engineering and agile environments
- Experience in business process modeling
- Experience leading product teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English
