About the role

APM Terminals India team delivers seamless end‑to‑end supply chain services for global customers. The Customer Experience Associate acts as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships, coordinating shipments, and providing performance insights. Based in Mumbai, on‑site work model, with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for SCM customers
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply chain activities including order management and shipment planning
• Generate and analyze performance dashboards and business reviews
• Ensure billing accuracy, cost control and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer commitments

What you’ll bring

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
