About the role

Physical AI team at Origin 10X builds autonomous robots for critical infrastructure. The Lead Technical Program Manager defines and runs the company-wide OKR system, owns cross‑team dependencies across autonomy, hardware, and field operations, and drives delivery cadence to keep robots shipping faster. Based in Bengaluru, on-site work model, with direct collaboration with founders and senior engineering leads.

What you’ll do

• Define and run company‑wide OKR system with weekly tracking
• Own cross‑team dependencies and critical path across autonomy, hardware, and operations
• Drive autonomy program milestones, model development, simulation, and QA
• Drive hardware program design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation schedules
• Own triage and closure of field issues, accountable for time‑to‑resolve
• Make work visible in Asana and hardware design tracking systems
• Build weekly delivery rhythm and reporting for founders

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or MBA
• 8+ years technical program or engineering program management experience
• Proven track record delivering cross‑functional hardware and robotics programs
• Fluency in autonomy delivery and hardware manufacturing processes
• Strong systems thinking and ability to build program functions from scratch
• Excellent written communication and judgment on escalation
