About the role
Workday Platform & Integrations team at Kraft Heinz builds and maintains the enterprise Workday ecosystem, delivering platform stability, integration services, and custom Extend applications. The Senior Manager leads a team of integration developers, oversees platform operations, integration design, API development, and ensures security and compliance across HR, Finance and Payroll systems. Based in Ahmedabad, India, on-site role with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead delivery and operational support of Workday platform
- Manage development and support of Workday integrations and APIs
- Oversee Workday Extend application lifecycle
- Ensure platform stability, performance and security compliance
- Coordinate release testing, deployment and production readiness
- Guide and mentor integration development team
- Partner with HR, Security and Enterprise Applications stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years Workday technical experience
- 5+ years leading technical teams
- Expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs (SOAP/REST)
- Experience with Workday Extend and security
- Experience integrating Workday with enterprise applications
