About the role
Workday Security team at Fortrea Development India is responsible for designing, governing and continuously enhancing the Workday security framework across the enterprise. The Senior Manager leads security architecture, access control, compliance and audit initiatives, partners with HR, Finance, IT and GRC teams, and drives incident response and stakeholder enablement. Bangalore, India and Remote India, remote work model, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Design, configure and maintain scalable Workday security architecture
- Define and enforce governance standards for security configuration
- Manage domain and business process security policies and proxy access
- Lead user access reviews and audit remediation
- Implement segregation of duties controls and monitoring
- Secure integration authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Investigate and resolve security incidents
- Provide guidance and reporting to stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years Workday security design and configuration
- Workday Pro Security certification
- Experience with SOX controls and Segregation of Duties
- Familiarity with GDPR and global data privacy
- Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, IT and GRC teams
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis
- Ability to design role-based and intersection security groups
- Experience in global enterprise environment
