About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Technology Support Specialist at Ecolab, you will deliver global support for TA technology platforms, including Workday Recruiting, Phenom CRM, and ServiceNow. Your role involves troubleshooting user issues, managing case workflows, administering subscriptions, and ensuring compliance through monthly audits. You will also test and implement new features, drive process optimization, and collaborate across HR and technology teams to enhance the talent acquisition lifecycle. This position requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to work the US shift from Pune.
