About the role
ERM’s Global Delivery Centre in New Delhi seeks a Technology/IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global operations. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT functions, partnering with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and optimize hiring processes using AI-enabled tools. This full-time position is based in New Delhi, India.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to define strategies and provide market insights
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct mapping
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche technology and business skills
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based evaluations
- Manage offer negotiations and engagement to maximize conversion rates
- Track recruitment metrics including pipeline health and time-to-fill
- Maintain accurate records in Workday and ensure process compliance
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT environments
- Proven experience hiring for technology roles such as Cloud, DevOps, and Data & AI
- Experience recruiting for non-technical functions including Sales, Finance, and HR
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct techniques
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday or similar systems
