What you’ll do
- Coordinate with recruitment referral partners and support hiring activities
- Assist in onboarding and managing referral partner relationships
- Review and validate candidate profiles against hiring requirements
- Conduct candidate screening and alignment discussions
- Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups, feedback collection, and hiring updates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and operational documentation
- Support candidate sourcing through professional networks and recruitment channels
- Assist with hiring operations across multiple industries and functional domains
