Talent Specialist, Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience on the Global HR team at PHINIA. Drives global talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and talent development through data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration. Works from Gurgaon, India, on-site, partnering with HR leaders and business partners to design and improve the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Partner with HR leadership to harmonize talent acquisition and employee experience processes
• Design and improve end‑to‑end employee lifecycle initiatives
• Analyze HR and engagement data to generate actionable insights
• Support global talent acquisition activities including sourcing and screening
• Lead employee engagement strategies and survey programs
• Enhance performance management and talent development processes
• Manage multiple HR projects and deliver outcomes on schedule
• Collaborate with global HR teams on talent and performance programs

• Experience with Workday HRIS
