About the role
Finance Shared Services Analyst I on the Settlement Accounting and Operations Team, driving process improvements and automation in finance operations. Leads manual finance processes, reconciliations, data uploads, and report validation while mentoring junior staff and supporting global business with flexible shifts. Pune, India (also Indore, Bengaluru), hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead and execute manual finance processes and reconciliations
- Perform data uploads/downloads and report formatting/validation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Excel VBA, Power Query, etc.
- Collaborate with business teams to address operational pain points
- Document processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and handle operational escalations
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years BPS finance operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or related field
- Advanced Excel including Macros/VBA and Power Query
- Experience with ERP/accounting software
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management
- Willingness to work flexible/rotational shifts
