About the role
Pinkerton Security team protects clients by delivering enterprise risk management services. The Security Enablement Officer monitors and reports on security equipment, alarms, incidents, and employee assistance, coordinates with the Global Security Command Centre, maintains logs and incident reports, and responds to emergencies. Pune, India, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and report security equipment, applications, and alarms
- Coordinate incident information with Global Security Command Centre
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports
- Respond to serious events such as fire or violence
- Provide employee security assistance and liaison with stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- Graduate degree
- 2+ years security operations experience
Nice to have
- Experience in Security Operations Centre
- Certifications in GSOC/command centre/control room operations
- Risk management or crisis management certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
