About the role

EY GDS - Delivery Excellence team builds next‑generation delivery platforms for global clients. The Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant provides production support and configuration for Workday Talent, Benefits, and Absence modules, troubleshooting issues and delivering enhancements. Hyderabad office, on‑site, with opportunities to work across multi‑country environments and collaborate with core HCM, Payroll, and Security teams.

What you’ll do

• Provide production support for Workday Talent, Benefits, and Absence modules
• Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation
• Maintain and enhance functional configurations and policies
• Handle minor enhancements and change requests aligned with HR policies
• Collaborate with Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, and Security teams
• Support Workday release cycles, testing, and defect resolution
• Prepare documentation and stakeholder support artifacts
• Advise business users on system usage and process optimization

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years Workday HCM experience
• Expertise in at least two modules (Talent, Benefits, Absence, etc.)
• Workday certification in Benefits, Absence, or Talent/Performance
• Proven AMS support and post‑go‑live stabilization experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Stakeholder communication and advisory abilities
• Detail‑oriented process discipline
• Ability to balance support operations with enhancements
