About the role

HR Technology team at Greif designs and maintains enterprise HR solutions. The Senior Workday & HRIS Integrations Architect defines integration architecture, leads design and deployment of Workday integrations, and provides advanced production support and governance. Chennai, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Define enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards for Workday
• Lead design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle
• Provide advanced production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations
• Mentor technical team members, review solution designs, and promote development standards and best practices
• Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Proven record of multiple Workday integration projects
• Experience supporting global HR operations
• Workday Pro certifications (preferred)
• Payroll/time tracking integration experience (preferred)
