Product Owner

About the role

Ensono, a technology adviser and managed service provider, seeks a Product Owner in Pune to drive digital transformation for mission-critical applications. The role involves owning the product roadmap, managing backlogs, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams. This is an on-site position requiring significant experience in platform ownership.

What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the platform
• Gather and filter customer, business, and technical requirements
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions
• Represent the customer or end user in the scrum team
• Create mockups and prototypes to support project direction
• Track metrics for measurement of business outcomes
• Work closely with UX on interface design
• Ensure solutions meet current customer needs

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated leadership of business analyst function
• Success in owning a technology platform
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of com/force.com or similar back office systems
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development/Gherkin environment
• Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making
• Understanding of big picture solutions and requirement crafting
