The Associate Manager - Planning role drives end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Greenfield/Brownfield Thermal Power Projects in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India. Day-to-day work includes developing integrated project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure timely execution of BTG and BOP packages within project timelines. This is a full-time position requiring 8-15 years of experience.

- Drive end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Greenfield/Brownfield Thermal Power Projects
- Develop integrated project schedules
- Track project progress and monitor execution
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Ensure timely execution of BTG and BOP packages within project timelines

What you’ll bring
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 8-15 years of relevant experience
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls
- Experience with Greenfield/Brownfield Thermal Power Projects
- Ability to develop integrated project schedules
- Experience coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Knowledge of BTG and BOP package execution
