Senior Manager, E-commerce

About the role

IT&D (Information Technology & Digital) at Reckitt drives technology and data solutions across the business. The Senior Manager, E-commerce partners with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Digital Commerce to accelerate ecommerce growth through analytics, AI‑enabled insights and technology adoption. Leads end‑to‑end delivery of scalable ecommerce platforms, data governance and stakeholder alignment. Hyderabad, India, on‑site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute analytics strategy across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other channels
• Partner with sales, marketing and RGM to build KPI frameworks and measurement standards
• Lead technology roadmap and manage sprint backlogs for ecommerce solutions
• Drive adoption, training and change management for ecommerce platforms
• Establish data quality, compliance and governance standards

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years ecommerce analytics or digital commerce experience
• Proven ability to define KPI frameworks and automated reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks or similar analytics tools
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration
• Understanding of retail media, digital shelf and omnichannel commerce
