About the role
EbizON's E-commerce team drives digital commerce solutions for global brands. The Senior Project Manager leads end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations. Based in Dehradun, on-site, the role manages scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication while optimizing Agile processes.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and allocate resources
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide status updates
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimize delivery
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years project management experience
- E-commerce platform delivery (B2C/B2B)
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana or Microsoft Project
- PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred
