About the role
T24 Business Analyst SME at MUFG Global Service Private Ltd. Bangalore. Drives core banking system enhancements and downstream reporting, translating business needs into T24 configurations and UAT plans. Works closely with operations, vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation. On-site in Bangalore with hybrid support for remote collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Evaluate business processes and reporting requirements
- Lead gap analysis and create BRD, FSD, BRFSD
- Troubleshoot BAU system issues and track in JIRA/Confluence
- Collaborate with technical BA and global partners
- Develop and execute UAT and migration plans
- Provide training and walkthroughs to business users
What you’ll bring
- 2-15 years experience in T24 projects
- Experience in CBS implementation (T24 – AA/TPH/MD/LD modules)
- Knowledge of payments, trade finance, deposits, loans, treasury
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Visio
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
