Manager - Operations & Sales

About the role

KC Overseas Education, a multinational EdTech company with 11 global locations, is hiring a Manager - Operations & Sales for its Nagpur office. The role oversees application processing from channel partners, drives student conversions, and enhances business growth through strategic relationship management. Day-to-day work includes managing escalations, optimizing performance ratios, presenting MIS reports, and leading a team to meet regional targets. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Nagpur, India.

What you’ll do

• Oversee application processing from channel partners, ensuring eligible applications, document verification, and timely updates
• Manage escalations effectively and ensure all inquiries are answered within defined turnaround times
• Maintain regular contact with Partner Associates to convert students holding Conditional and Unconditional offer letters
• Execute strategic plans to meet regional targets and optimize performance ratios such as offer letters to deposits
• Implement and optimize internal reporting systems and procedures for the assigned Division
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned domain, providing guidance and expertise to the team
• Develop and maintain close relationships with key channel partners to drive more applications
• Drive P&L accountability for the assigned region through rigorous reviews and strategic planning

What you’ll bring

• 8-10 years of relevant Operations & Sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years of team management and customer relationship experience
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with good time management
• Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in improving product knowledge
• Ability to design, document, and implement reporting systems and procedures
