About the role
Finance Business Partner role in Hempel's Finance organization, supporting global finance strategy and decision making. Partners with senior leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, drive performance management, forecasting and commercial business cases. Based in Pune or Mumbai, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Serve as trusted advisor to directors and VPs, providing financial insights
- Lead performance management and profitability analysis for assigned segment
- Collaborate with Global FP&A on forecasting and target alignment
- Develop and review business cases and ROI analyses
- Manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- MBA or Master's in Finance (preferred)
- 6+ years experience in finance business partnering
Nice to have
- Advanced commercial finance expertise
- Complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Stakeholder influence and presentation skills
- Proficiency with financial systems and BI tools
