The Technical Consultant configures, designs, builds and extends Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps, develops forms, reports, integrations, and handles data migration and deployment using DevOps and Azure tools. Hyderabad, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Configure, design, build and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps
• Develop forms and reports for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service
• Integrate Dynamics with external systems using various integration options
• Perform data migration and batch creation tasks
• Manage deployment procedures, upgrades, and DevOps pipelines

What you’ll bring

• 5-12 years experience
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Power Platform components
• Implementation of D365 F&O project
• Development of forms and reports
• System integration and data migration
• DevOps, LCS, Azure deployment
• Certification in D365 F&O (preferred)
