About the role

Amazon Seller Services team helps Indian retailers grow by offering Amazon’s e‑commerce services. The Business Development Associate engages brand owners, trains sellers on Amazon systems, and drives performance through data‑driven partnership management. Gurugram, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Articulate Amazon services and benefits to external audiences
• Identify and onboard valuable sellers across verticals
• Provide basic training and ongoing support to achieve self‑reliance
• Track and monitor partner sales and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
• Analyze seller data to generate actionable insights
