About the role
AGWMS Production Support team at Mattel Global Business Services maintains the Automated Global Warehouse Management System. The Senior Software Engineer provides L2/L3 production support, performs root cause analysis, develops Oracle PL/SQL fixes, and modifies Unix shell scripts to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. What you’ll do
- Provide L2/L3 production support for AGWMS applications
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Develop and fix Oracle PL/SQL code
- Modify Unix shell scripts and daemon jobs
- Support daily warehouse operations and troubleshoot process issues
- Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and daemon processes
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years application production support experience
- 5+ years Oracle PL/SQL development/support
- Strong warehouse management and supply chain knowledge
