About the role
Production Support team responsible for ensuring smooth operation of cash and trade applications. Handles incident resolution, system enhancements, 24x7 shift coverage, and collaborates with infrastructure and security teams to maintain DR readiness and address vulnerabilities. What you’ll do
- Investigate and resolve production issues
- Coordinate enhancements and SIT testing
- Manage system configurations with IT infrastructure
- Implement APS processes for incidents and changes
- Ensure DR readiness and backup/restore procedures
- Collaborate with security and vendor teams to mitigate vulnerabilities
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years production support experience
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE
- Oracle PL/SQL expertise
- Unix/Linux environment knowledge
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management
- Ability to work 24x7 shifts and on-call support
