About the role

What you’ll do
- Act as Level 3 escalation for trading, risk, payments incidents
- Perform deep troubleshooting across app, middleware, DB, infra
- Support trade lifecycle processes
- Maintain incident logs and RCA documentation
- Deploy patches and validate system stability
- Collaborate with dev, infra, security teams to resolve issues
- Optimize configurations, batch processes and performance tuning
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual support
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years supporting financial/trading systems
- Unix/Linux administration
- Shell and Python scripting
- SQL with Oracle or SQL Server
- Control-M batch processing
- ITIL incident/change management
- Experience with monitoring tools (Geneos, AppDynamics, Splunk)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
