Senior Lead Engineer (QA) at Alight leads a QA team of 5–10 testers, driving quality assurance strategy across the SDLC. The role blends hands‑on manual and automation testing with performance testing, Agile sprint participation, and CI/CD integration. Responsibilities include mentoring, test planning, automation script development using Selenium, Functionize, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, and API/web testing, code reviews, metric tracking, and continuous improvement. Candidates bring 10+ years QA experience, 3+ years leadership, deep Agile, Scrum, CI/CD knowledge, and proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr. Preferred skills cover cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, BDD/TDD, and performance tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.
