About the role

The Lead Infrastructure Engineer drives platform reliability, automation, and cloud-native scheduling solutions, collaborating with SRE, product, and global engineering teams. Bengaluru, India, on-site role focusing on large‑scale infrastructure design, observability, and DevOps practices.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex initiatives to develop infrastructure solutions for business applications
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable AutoSys platform components
• Evaluate and integrate internal and external software solutions
• Analyze high‑impact outages and improve processes to prevent recurrence
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Partner with engineering, product, and SRE teams to deliver self‑service capabilities
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on enterprise‑scale scheduling solutions

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years technology infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration
• Automation and scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native technologies
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Implementing platform monitoring using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics
• Understanding of distributed systems, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Supporting cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives
