What you’ll do

• Own overall project performance and profitability
• Drive execution aligned with business plans and annual operating plans
• Oversee site management, quality, safety and compliance
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
• Lead risk evaluation and implement mitigation strategies
• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization

What you’ll bring

• 10-12 years experience in real estate project management
• Proven P&L ownership and financial governance
• Leadership of cross‑functional teams including construction, design, finance and legal
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
