About the role
Client Engineer – Mac on LiveRamp’s Business Technology – Client Services team, empowering global employees with a secure, scalable macOS experience. Own end‑to‑end Mac lifecycle, from zero‑touch provisioning via Apple Business Manager to automated deployment of apps and security tools. Drive automation with Python/Bash, integrate MDM, ITSM, and identity systems, and mentor junior engineers. Hyderabad, India, on‑site with hybrid flexibility.
What you’ll do
- Own Mac client experience
- Design and maintain build images and security policies
- Zero‑touch provisioning via Apple Business Manager
- Automate lifecycle workflows with Python/Bash
- Integrate MDM, ITSM, identity, and asset systems
- Administer Jamf and Intune
- Ensure compliance and security
- Provide Tier 2–4 support
- Document runbooks and KB articles
- Mentor junior engineers
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years IT experience
- 4+ years macOS client engineering
- Experience with Jamf, Workspace ONE or Intune
- Proficiency in Bash or Python
- Security tool deployment on macOS
- Automation and integration across IT systems
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
