The Revenue Growth Manager leads the growth engine, collaborating with founders to design experiments, manage the team, and report results. Remote role based in Mumbai, India, with a remote-first work model.

What you’ll do

• Work directly with founders to drive B2B revenue
• Build growth experiments to achieve business results
• Manage hiring, team leadership, and performance
• Report growth metrics and results
• Maintain ownership and agility in revenue initiatives

What you’ll bring

• 7-13 years professional experience
• Exceptional business metrics understanding
• Advanced executive communication
• Strong data analysis proficiency
• Familiarity with copywriting, visual design, website optimization
